POP by Chris Maday

018

Chris Maday's poems first came to our attention in the student literary magazine Pathos (a long time fixture here in Portland). There was something that reminded me of my grandfather's work. Maybe something like John Steinbeck...or was it Lou Reed?

When I started the press, I asked Chris to write a book. A few years later, he turned it in. It landed on my desk with a BOOM...or was it a POP?
