NOTHING NEW: considered cooking, a new title from Nickel Dinner

Jesper Sjödahl is a cook from Sweden who Andrew had the pleasure of befriending at first from afar when Jesper was using The Long Loaf to make bread at his small grocer and cafe, and then in person during a visit to his region. Most recently Jesper was cooking at Lille Bakery and is currently at Auren’s Cornerstore, both in Copenhagen. Andrew invited him to make a book for the Nickel Dinner imprint, and the result is now out in the world! Read all about it, glance at the interior, and shop the book at it’s bookshop page here.
